Early C19th French 2-tier floral marquetry inlaid kingwood , rosewood, satinwood and walnut etagere .
Smart Louis XVI period style serpentine outline etagere with gillded bronze mounts. The staged tiers with chevron quarter-veneered �bois satine� tops with cross-banding and profuse floral marquetry inlay and gilt-metal banded edges .
The ends of the lower tier fitted with shell-cast bronze carrying handles .
The shaped cabriole supports fitted with rococo mounts to the knees and sabot mounts to the feet . The tiers raised on shaped supports with cast stylised dolphin mounts .
In excellent original condition with a rich colour and patina. The bronze mounts having achieved an aged , period-style patination with gilt highlights
