C18th George III period mahogany torchere or candlestand.
Elegant Georgian mahogany circular-topped candlestand on a turned column with a central vase-shaped stem ,onto a shaped tripod base . The top with a raised edge rim with reeded mould detail.
In excellent original condition with a rich patination and colour to the base and legs, the top with a mellow colour and patina.
