Impressive large-scale pair of fire-place andirons with decorative scroll-work uprights with spherical outline tops surmounted with patinated brass ball finials. The stable wide-footed bases with a curved cast-iron lateral bar rear support for logs or a fire-basket .
The blackened wrought iron-work with minor rust but no damage or losses .
