Late C19th/ early C20th George II period style wing-back armchair.
Newly-reupholstered early Georgian design wing-back armchair raised on well-carved mahogany cabriole leg supports to both front and rear . The legs supported on brass castors .
An elegant copy of an important mid C18th armchair with shapely wings and roll-over arms . The mahogany legs with a rich dark patina and colour, and well-defined crisply carved details.
This armchair has been reupholstered in our workshops in the traditional manner . The fabric is a high quality period style �damask� with a �self-patterned� flower and leaf design. The seat has a new feather-filled loose cushion and we have given high attention to detail with double-piping and superb finish .
A supremely comfortable armchair presented in ready-to-use condition.
