Unusual mid C19th Victorian period carved rosewood cabriole-legged dressing or foot stool .
Well-carved rosewood framed stool with unusual elaborately-carved and pierced end stretchers and central carved and turned bar . Raised on shapely carved cabriole legs fitted with their original brass castors.
Recently upholstered in a quality sage-green chenille-type fabric with a braided and corded edge.
In excellent original condition with no damage or repairs. The cover in good clean, serviceable condition with only minor marks to the fabric.
