Decorative late C19th/ early C20th scarlet red and gilt Chinoiserie design pier mirror in the Queen Anne taste.
Shaped arched-top framed mirror of early C18th design mirror with vibrant red lacquer and gilt decorated frame . The frame with typical Chinoiserie Oriental-inspired themes of figures in landscapes and trellis designs.
Original clean silvered mirror plate and mahogany back-board. Some minor wear and rubbing to the edges of the lacquered decoration commensurate with age , use and purpose.
