Pair of late C19th/ early C20th French ormolu mounted 'alabastro fiorito' marble vases.
Fine pair of Louis XVI style ormolu-mounted vases of large proportions. Superb quality ormolu mounts onto tapering vase bodies and socles carved from strikingly-figured alabastro fiorito marble .
The fixed 'lids' each with a flambeau finial. The bodies with well-cast twin handles with swan design and floral swags .
Superb quality pair of decorative and opulent urns in excellent original condition with no damage or repairs.
