Early C20th French giltwood "sunburst" clock with silvered dial .
Decorative carved giltwood case fitted with a French clock movement. The silvered dial with an aged patina, marked with Roman numeral markings , outer minute ring and fitted with black steel hands. . The clock dial with carved wreath and beaded detail surround . The hinged door at the front fitted with a convex glass . The back with gilded brass hinged door with decorative piercing .
Minor chips to gilding but no breaks or losses.
Currently not in working order , can be serviced prior to purchase. .
