Description

C19th Victorian period copper 'copper'.
Good large scale 'copper' with fantastic aged patination and domed rivetted seam construction. Heavy quality thick copper sheet with flat edge lip and flattened bottom.
Originally conceived as a hot-water vessel for either domestic or industrial use, would make a stunning planter, log-bin or wine-cooler . Some nice verdegris spotting, casting texture and wear commensurate with age and use, but no holes ,splits or repairs. Ideal for interior or outdoors use, could be polished to a high-shine finish if required.
