Decorative set of 12 late C19th framed Chinese Export gouache watercolour paintings of Junks and other ships.
Finely detailed and vibrantly coloured set of 12 gouache watercolours on pithe or �rice� paper depicting various designs of Chinese ships , the majority under sail and flying colourful flags and pennants .
Each painting framed and glazed , the majority bearing the label of a firm of London framers (10 matching , 2 slightly different) .
In excellent original condition retaining bright colours, with only minor shrinkage cracks to the paper of two paintings and some slight aged discolouration to the background paper .
