Unusual late C19th Chinese Qing Dynasty carved hardwood lamp table.
Rectangular Chinese hardwood table with a central standard lamp fitting through the centre . The base with 2 asymmetrical shelves , the friezes with carved and pierced flower-head or hare-bell details. The lamp shaft having carved decorative brackets to the top section. Raised on shaped supports, joined by stretchers .
Of unusual form , providing both lighting and display facilities. Supplied with an embroidered Chinese silk shaped shade with tassel ornaments. An exotic and practical Oriental decorative addition for an interior scheme.
In excellent original condition with a rich colour and patina. Will be re-wired to client�s specifications.
