Smart set of 6 black-and-white engravings in giltwood frames, after the original pictures by William Daniell, engraved and published by him 1804-1805 . The panoramas showing London vistas of the Thames and the city .
Numbered and inscribed in the margin , central front .
Reframed and mounted in the 1970�s by a London gallery , bearing their label to verso .
In excellent original condition, good clear images , quality frames and sympathetically chosen coloured mounts (one glass at present cracked , will be replaced prior to sale)

* William Daniell RA (1769 -1837) was an English painter and print-maker who specialised in landscape and marine subjects. He travelled around India producing watercolours of the continent, on his return to Britain he travelled around the coast and produced a watercolour collection �A Voyage Round Great Britain� of coastal scenes. His work was exhibited at the Royal Academy and the British Institution , and he became a Royal Academician in 1822 .
