Description

Mid C18th George II period mahogany circular top occasional or tea table on tripod base.
The single piece mahogany top mounted on a pillared �bird-cage� block action allowing the top to revolve , and fitted with a brass �banjo� type latch in order to tip the table vertically.
Raised on a tapering turned �gun-barrel� column stem supported on carved shaped tripod legs onto pad feet.
In excellent original condition having achieved a rich colour and patina to the well-selected grade of quality mahogany. No damage or repairs.
