Tall late C19th Chinese Qing Dynasty Cantonese porcelain vase decorated in the traditional ‘famille rose’ palette .
Vibrant enamel decoration with panels and vignettes of figural court scenes , exotic birds and butterflies, together with floral motifs . The tall gently tapering body with a flared neck .
Has one minor historic chip to inside rim of the neck . Of impressive scale, would work well as a lamp conversion.
