Early C19th George IV period miniature rosewood rectangular drop-leaf �Sutherland� table by Gillows of Lancaster.
Raised on turned support and having a gate-leg action to support the leaves when opened. The compressed bun feet having concealed brass castors beneath.
Highly figured rosewood with a rich original colour and patina. The underside of the base stamped twice with the maker�s name �GILLOW�.
In excellent original condition.
A useful and rare miniature drop-leaf table by the esteemed cabinet-making firm of Gillows of Lancaster.
