Mid C18th Irish George III period mahogany ‘tall-boy’ chest of seven drawers.
Scarce Irish mahogany chest of seven oak-lined graduated drawers, each retaining their original pierced and shaped cast brass Chippendale design back-plates ,’swan-neck’ handles and escutcheon plates. All drawers fitted with original steel working locks and keys.
Raised on bracket feet, the projecting cavetto moulded cornice with a boarded flat top . Original back-boards.
In excellent original, fresh to market condition, having achieved a rich colour and patina.
