Scarce set of 4 mid C19th cast-iron garden or terrace vases.
Set of four campana-shaped cast-iron urns or vases , each with an ovolo edge , reeded lower bodies with a deep band of cast floriate decoration to the centres . Raised on fluted socle bases onto square plinth bases .
From a local property where two vases were used in a garden setting and two inside an orangery , hence two have had more exposure to the elements. Some chips to rim edges and nibbles to bases . Old layers of crusty paint and rust .
Rare multiple of matching vases in as found , country-house condition.
