Highly decorative collection of 4 early C19th Chinese framed watercolours depicting genre / court scenes of varying sizes .
Subtlety coloured and aged collection of Chinese figural watercolour paintings mounted in simple ebonised and glazed wooden frames . The exotically and traditionally dressed figures shown in various poses and settings , court officials and perhaps Emperors and Empresses with attendants.
The edges and margins with some wear and deterioration , though hugely decorative and atmospheric.
