Description

Late C19th Indian carved padauk circular occasional table with brass inlay on folding octagonal hinged base .
Northern Indian profusely-carved table with central brass foliage design inlaid panel . The intricately carved ring surrounds with trailing floral ,leaf and berry designs.
The folding octagonal hinged base with double panelled sections , with typical regional leaf carved and pierced design , probably from the Shimla area .
Exotic , decorative and practical drinks or occasional table with a good rich colour and patina to the native padauk hardwood.
