Smart mahogany bookcase with original gilded brass-wire mesh grill doors of elaborate ovoid design . The ebony-mounted moulded cornice with gilded brass rose �boss� mounts , surmounted with a well-executed simulated or painted green faux marble �slab� , with refreshed finish .
The doors fitted with a lock and working key , separated by a reeded brass dividing strip , enclosing an interior with 3 adjustable shelves .
The base with an applied mouldIng raised on compressed turned bun feet . Original panelled back-boards
