Description

Early C19th George IV perhaps mahogany 3-tier buffet or serving / display stand .
Of bow-ended form , standing upon a shaped plinth base supporting 3 solid mahogany platforms. The upright column supports with carved detail , the carved upstand back with central classically-inspired stylised honeysuckle motif . The ends with carved three-quarter gallery returns.
In excellent original condition with a rich colour and patina.
A stylish and practical piece of furniture work equally well in a dining room , drawing room or hall-way .
