Fine early C19th Regency period mahogany serving table of exceptional colour and patina.
Of breakfront centre form with bow-ends and a central frieze drawer . Raised on elegant turned legs with shaped feet, the frieze with panelled 'cock-beaded' reserves of figured mahogany veneer . The richly patinated top with a simple low removable back-rail or upstand.
Well-drawn table of practical proportions and useful height .
In excellent original condition with no damage or repairs. Rich original colour and patina together with the original polished surface and 'skin' .
Minor historic marks and stains to top commensurate with age, use and purpose.
Has been cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
