Early C20th 'golden' oak table in the manner of the Cotswold School.
Beautiful craftsman-made solid oak 4-plank top , cleated-end kitchen or dining table on square section legs with stretchers all around . Good attention to detail with pegged construction and carved features. The friezes with shallow chamfered edges and gently-arched central features , the inside of the lower legs with a carved medieval inspired motif .
Would work equally as well as a centre /hall or serving table .
Excellent condition, with a pleasing golden hue . One side slightly lighter from exposure to direct sun-light .
The top easily unscrews and detaches from the base frame for ease of movement and transport.
A quality-built solid and heavy oak table representing fantastic value.
