Late C18th George III period mahogany sideboard of serpentine outline and elegant compact proportions.
Elegant figured mahogany Sheraton period cross-banded and finely box-wood line inlaid mahogany sideboard of excellent quality, colour and patina. Raised on 6 square section tapering supports terminating in 'spade' feet . Central oak-lined drawer flanked by a cupboard door and a deep cellarette drawer (without zinc or lead lining ).
The top in particular of a fine grade of figured mahogany which has achieved and obtained a wonderful colour and patina.
The drawers and cupboard fitted with antique replacement quality well-cast lion's mask ring handles .
A fine example of a Georgian period mahogany sideboard of restrained classic design and small proportions.
