C18th George III period mahogany oval drop-leaf dining table.
Raised on tapering turned legs with pad feet , useful size mahogany table with a swing-out double gateleg action forming an oval table to comfortably seat 6 diners.
Rounded-edge top and shaped ends to the under-frame.
Excellent quality timber with a good original surface having acquired a mellow colour and patina. Some minor marks and stains to top commensurate with age and usage.
Has evidence of historic woodworm to the frame which has been treated in our workshops.
Cleaned and waxed.
