Late C19th /early C20th George I period style oblong walnut cabriole-legged stool . Well-executed copy of an early C18th walnut framed stool , raised on shapely cabriole legs onto pad feet. The knees carved with shell and husk detail decoration .
Made from a good dense grade of walnut timber which has achieved a period-style colour and patina.
Upholstered in machine-made tapestry material , could be re-covered in fabric of clients choice.
