Late C19th Chinese Qing Dynasty carved hardwood scroll-ended 'kang'/'opium' table. Useful height low reception/coffee table of inverted carved scroll-end design . Inset 'floating' panel top , with fruiting-vine carved friezes and open ends. Constructed from heavy quality 'hongmu' timber, which has gained a nice mellow, faded patina to the top.
