C19th Victorian period burr-walnut bow-ended display cabinet/credenza. Highest quality glazed burr-walnut, kingwood cross-banded and gilt ormolu-mounted cabinet. Shaped and moulded original white marble top above an ormolu-mounted frieze, fitted with 2 ormolu-trimmed shelves with original velvet interior. Rounded section twin-pilaster column front ,single central glazed-panel door with lock and key. Constructed using the finest quality selected veneers and materials , designed in the French Louis XVI style , probably made by Gillows of Lancaster. In completely original condition , cleaned and waxed in our workshops, ready to use.
