Pair of C19th Victorian period mahogany chests-of-drawers. Top-quality pair of chests with flame-veneered mahogany tops and drawer-fronts . Moulded-edge tops with rounded corner uprights, standing on plinth bases. Each with four drawers all fitted original turned mahogany knob pulls, with the base drawers in each with 'double' simulated fronts to provide a deep drawer. All drawers dove-tailed and mahogany-lined .Panelled backs. Adapted from a dressing table but with no visible signs. Excellent ready-to-use condition. H 35 " x W 18 "x D 15".England c.1860
