Early C20th Anglo-Indian carved ebony elephant lamp-base. Amusing ebony lamp featuring an elephant beneath a fronded palm or banana tree. Carved from solid ebony ,5 shaped leaves, the tree-trunk lamp-holder onto shaped ebony base. The well-carved elephant with ivory/bone tusks and toe-nails. Rich, glossy patina. Can be re-wired to clients specification.
