Fine pair of early C19th Regency period bronze lions mounted on ‘verde antico’ marble plinth bases.
The recumbent bronze lions depicted in a vigilant alert pose , having flowing manes with their heads turned , front paws crossed, and tails across their backs
The ‘handed’ pair each mounted upon a block plinth base of figured ‘verde antico’ marble.
In excellent original condition, having a consistent rich patina and colour with only minor high-points .
